Are great Dads born? Or are they made? How does the experience of caring for others change the brain?  Join Brigid Schulte, director of the Better Life Lab, for a hybrid in person and online event in conversation with Darby Saxbe, groundbreaking clinical psychologist, neuroscientist and author of the new, book, Dad Brain. We’ll explore Saxbe’s research on the science of fatherhood, and the transformative power of time, experience, and hands-on parenting and caregiving, and share key findings from the Lab’s new Men and Care survey. We’ll be joined by two fathers and an expert on shared caregiving to lay out solutions. What do Dads need? And why that matters for all of us.

Light lunch will be provided for in person attendees.
